70+ tools. Practically any store task, in plain words.

Texts for a whole category, a weekend sale, a button colour, an error on the site. You tell Claude what you need, and Claude checks your store, makes a plan, shows you every change and tells you what it did at the end. Examples below.

How Claude works in your store

  1. 01

Claude looks first. It reads the products, pages or settings your request is about.

  2. 02

You get a plan. What it found and what it suggests, in plain words, most important first.

  3. 03

You see each change. The current version next to the new one. Change anything you like, or say no.

  4. 04

It saves what you approve. Only that, and it keeps the old version so you can undo it.

  5. 05

You get a short report. What changed, what's left, and what to look at next.

What you can do for free

TellMyShop Free reads your whole store and tells you what to fix. Pro also saves the changes: content and catalogue as soon as you enter your license, and sales, theme, modules and technical work once you turn on their switch in the module.

Checks and advice

Works in the free version: Claude reads your whole store and tells you what to fix.

  1. 1

Check my store and plan the fixes

    Free

Claude looks for problems in Google, broken links, technical errors and products customers can't see. You get a list ordered by what matters most, with the quick wins first.

By hand: a paid audit, or days of clicking through reports.

Ask: “Check my store and tell me what to fix first.”

  2. 2

    Morning check-in

    Free

Sales compared with last week, low stock and new errors, in a few sentences with your morning coffee.

By hand: three reports in the back office and comparing numbers on paper.

Ask: “What's new in the store since yesterday?”

  3. 3

Why can't customers see this product?

    Free

Claude checks everything that can hide a product or hold back its sales, and tells you the cause in one sentence, with the fix.

By hand: five settings on three screens, or a message to your developer.

Ask: “A customer can't find the Sora lantern in Lanterns. Why?”

  4. 4

    What sells and what doesn't

    Free

Your best and weakest products from the last month, and what customers buy together.

By hand: exporting orders to a spreadsheet and counting by product.

Ask: “Show me what sold best last month and what isn't moving.”

Content and SEO, Catalog

Works as soon as you enter your Pro license.

  1. 1

Product texts and SEO in batches

    Pro

A whole category at once: titles and descriptions in Google, product descriptions in your tone, and short answers to the questions customers ask, written so Google and AI assistants can understand them.

By hand: an afternoon or more per category, product by product.

Ask: “Improve the texts and SEO in Lanterns.”

  2. 2

    Categories that sell

    Pro

A description at the top of each category that helps customers choose, and links to related categories so customers and Google find their way around.

By hand: writing every category page from scratch.

Ask: “Write descriptions for my main categories and link the ones that belong together.”

  3. 3

    Fix broken links

    Pro

Claude finds the addresses where customers most often land on an error page, and suggests a redirect or a fix for each one.

By hand: digging through server reports, then fixing pages one at a time.

Ask: “Which missing pages do customers hit, and how do we fix them?”

  4. 4

    Translate my store

    Pro

Claude counts what's missing in your second language and translates products, categories, features and pages.

By hand: copying texts into a translator and back, field by field.

Ask: “Translate the Lanterns category into Polish.”

  5. 5

    New products from a list

    Pro

Paste a list of products, and Claude adds them to your store as drafts to check, with names, descriptions and categories.

By hand: filling in the product form again for every item.

Ask: “Add these 12 lanterns from the list as drafts.”

Sales

Works once you turn on the Sales switch in the Writing in areas card.

  1. 1

    Set up a promotion

    Pro

A discount on products or a category, with a start and end date. Claude warns you before anything that could cost you money, such as a discount that looks too big or a promotion with no end date.

By hand: setting dates and discounts product by product.

Ask: “10% off all lanterns from 1 to 7 December.”

  2. 2

    Get ready for Black Friday

    Pro

Claude picks the products for the sale, suggests discounts and dates, checks your margins and warns you about risks. After your "yes" it sets up the whole sale.

By hand: a spreadsheet of products, then discounts set one by one.

Ask: “Get Garden lighting ready for Black Friday.”

  3. 3

    Clean up after a promotion

    Pro

After the sale, Claude finds expired promotions, old codes and prices that should have gone back, and tidies them up in one go.

By hand: hunting through the back office for what the sale left behind.

Ask: “Clean up after Black Friday.”

  4. 4

    Change prices in batches

    Pro

Raises or lowers prices in a category or for a brand. You see every new price before it's saved.

By hand: changing the price in every product separately.

Ask: “Raise prices in Lanterns by 5% and round them to .99.”

  5. 5

    Discount code

    Pro

A code with an amount or percentage, an expiry date and a usage limit.

Ask: “Create a code COMEBACK10: 10% off orders over €40, valid until the end of the month.”

Theme

Works once you turn on the Theme switch in the Writing in areas card. It stays on for 24 hours.

  1. 1

    Colours and fonts

    Pro

Changes the colours of buttons and links and the fonts in a child theme, so a theme update won't wipe them out.

By hand: a job for a developer, or digging through CSS files.

Ask: “Make the Add to cart button dark green.”

  2. 2

    Announcement bar

    Pro

A bar with a short message at the top of every page, such as free delivery or a break in shipping.

Ask: “Add a bar at the top of the page: "Free delivery over €50".”

  3. 3

    A product page that sells

    Pro

Claude goes through your product page with a checklist of what helps people buy: photos, price, delivery information, trust badges, the Add to cart button. It changes the design after your "yes", with a copy of every file first.

By hand: a designer's review, then a developer to make the changes.

Ask: “Review my product page and tell me what stops people buying.”

  4. 4

How it looks on a phone

    Pro

Finds and fixes the things that look wrong on a phone.

Ask: “On a phone the menu covers the logo. Fix it.”

  5. 5

    Home page

    Pro

Changes the order and position of blocks on your home page.

Ask: “Move the bestsellers above the banner on the home page.”

Modules

Works once you turn on the Modules switch in the Writing in areas card. It stays on for 24 hours.

  1. 1

    Update a module

    Pro

Updates a module from a new package: a backup first, then the update, then a check of your store.

Ask: “Update the blog module to the new version from this package.”

  2. 2

    Tidy up modules

    Pro

Shows the modules you don't use and switches them off without losing data.

Ask: “Which modules don't I need? Switch off the ones I don't use.”

  3. 3

    Module settings

    Pro

Changes the settings of a module, such as your newsletter or a banner.

Ask: “In the newsletter module, set the text under the sign-up form.”

  4. 4

    Something stopped working

    Pro

Looks for the module that breaks the page and switches it off as a test.

By hand: a call to your developer, then waiting.

Ask: “Since yesterday the cart doesn't work. Find which module is causing it.”

  5. 5

    New module from a package

    Pro

Installs a module from your supplier's package and helps you set it up.

Ask: “Install the module from this package and set it up.”

Service

Works once you turn on the Service switch in the Writing in areas card, for 3 hours. It's full technical access, like a developer's.

  1. 1

    Error on the site

    Pro

Claude reads the error logs, finds the cause and fixes the file, keeping a copy.

By hand: a ticket to your developer or hosting company.

Ask: “The store shows error 500 on the cart page. Find the cause.”

  2. 2

    Replace text across the store

    Pro

Changes an old phone number, address or name in all your content at once.

By hand: searching through products, pages and modules.

Ask: “Change the old phone number to the new one everywhere.”

  3. 3

    Google verification

    Pro

Uploads a Google Search Console verification file, or a similar one from another service.

Ask: “Upload the Google Search Console verification file I'll paste.”

  4. 4

    Old addresses after a move

    Pro

After a domain change or a switch to https, fixes old addresses in your content and settings.

Ask: “I've moved to newshop.com. Fix the old addresses in content and settings.”

  5. 5

    Maintenance mode

    Pro

Turns maintenance mode on and off while bigger changes are made. You still see the store as normal.

Ask: “Turn on maintenance mode while we make changes, but let me see the store.”
