Renewing updates is optional: €69 for Shop, €199 for Freelancer, €499 for Agency, for another 12 months. If you renew early, the new year starts when the current one ends. If you don't renew, the module keeps working on the last version you downloaded.

A PrestaShop developer typically bills at least an hour for a small change. A Shop license costs about what a few of those hours cost, and you can use it every day.
No. You pay once. The only optional cost later is renewing updates after 12 months.
One store address, for example myshop.com. www.myshop.com and myshop.com count as one.
No. Copies at addresses like test.myshop.com or staging.myshop.com are free. If your host gave your copy a different address, add it in your account, up to three.
Yes. Release the old store in your account and enter your key in the new one. You can do this yourself once a year per store; after that, write to us.
No. Any Claude account will do, including a free one. A paid account lets you have longer and more frequent conversations. You pay Anthropic for Claude, separately from TellMyShop.
Your store keeps working. If the license can't be checked for 14 days, or isn't valid, Claude can still look at your store but can't change anything until it's sorted.
Yes, within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. Write to us from the email you bought with.
You pay once, through Stripe's secure payment form, by card or any other method the form offers. Right after payment, usually within a few minutes, you get an email with your license key and a download link. Both are also in your account. Nothing is shipped by post.
Yes. Enter your company details and EU VAT ID at checkout, and the invoice is in your account and your inbox.
