Sales needs the switch turned on in the module panel. Previews always work; saving works only once it is on.

Where sales changes stop
The chat changes prices and promotions, but never payments, taxes or order statuses. These are blocks in the module's code, not settings.

After a price cut, the chat can open the product page the way a customer sees it and check that it shows the lowest price from the last 30 days.
Can I undo a promotion?
Yes, the whole campaign with one sentence or from the change history.
Will it change payments or taxes?
No, never. These are permanent blocks in the module's code.
When does saving work?
Once you turn on the Sales switch in the panel. You turn it off whenever you like.
