Technical details
Without feature_id: list of features (ID, name, number of values, number of products). With feature_id: values of that feature with product counts and likely duplicates marked ("black" / "Black" / "black "). Use it before ps_set_product_features to pick an existing value instead of creating a new one.

| offset | integer | no | Rows to skip, for paging (default 0). |
